Like building a ship in a bottle, this project required the careful historical restoration of the building’s exoskeleton, while building a state-of-the-art, DMAC facility within. Questar’s innovative efforts during construction saved the structure during a 5.1 earthquake and 40 mile per hour winds, all within a seven month compressed schedule, so students could commence classes at the beginning of the school year.
